Award-winning housebuilder, Barratt Developments, unveils a brand new colouring competition ahead of the bank holiday Easter weekend at its developments across North Yorkshire, encouraging children in the local area to get creative to win a bumper bundle of arty goodies worth up to £50.
The housebuilder, which includes the David Wilson Homes and Barratt Homes brands, regularly gets involved with the wider community and has commissioned limited edition colouring packs exclusively for the competition.
The packs will be available for collection from Thursday 22nd March until Friday 6th April from developments across York, including Barratt Homes’ Meadow Fields and David Wilson Homes’ Saxon Gate and Derwenthorpe.
Paul Hogan, Sales Director at Barratt Developments Yorkshire East, commented: “We are always looking for fun and exciting ways to get involved with our local communities, and our new Easter-themed colouring competition is a brilliant way to help keep the kids busy over the long weekend, whilst also inspiring them to get creative, and be in with the chance of winning a great crafty prize.
“We encourage parents, grand-parents and carers alike to bring their children along to our sales office where not only can they pick up an entry pack, but they will also be gifted with a set of colouring crayons as well as a delicious chocolate Easter egg!”
The housebuilder is offering two bumper art hamper prizes worth up to £50 each for two lucky participants in the region. To be in with a chance of winning, entrants just need to return their completed design to the sales office at the same development they collected it from by Sunday 8th April, with their contact details on the back. The winners will be notified by Friday 13th April and invited to their local developments to receive their prize.
There are also cracking offers exclusively available this Easter for anyone reserving a Barratt Developments property before 30th April 2018; David Wilson Homes will contribute £2,000 towards moving costs or a deposit, and Barratt Homes will contribute a £1000 voucher towards reservations*.
