Representatives from One in a Million joined forces with a team from BAK and Southern Connections to tackle the gruelling Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge.
One In A Million provides sports, arts and enterprise for disadvantaged children and young people. The charity works with more than 1,000 children and young people per week in the Bierley, Canterbury, Manningham and Windhill areas of Bradford, and in Keighley. All money raised from the Three Peaks challenge will help support the daily activities the charity runs across the city
Wayne Jacobs, co-founder of One In A Million and a former Bradford City player and assistant manager, said: “We are delighted that BAK and Southern Connections are sponsoring our Yorkshire Three Peaks charity challenge to support our work among children and young people in Bradford. It is an iconic event, which we are looking to grow year on year, and I would like to thank them for their valued support.”
