We pledge to double the number of students on Assisted Places at Bradford Grammar School
Bradford Grammar School believes strongly in widening access to all talented pupils in our region, regardless of background or circumstance. This is bigger than BGS. It is about educational opportunity and social mobility in action.
Our 1662 Fund for Assisted Places aims to double the number of young people who receive Assisted Places to come here, from ten to twenty per cent of our student population. Almost 200 supporters including former students and local businesses and trusts, have joined us to transform lives since the Fund was established in 2019. The lives of ten young people have been changed forever as a result of this generosity.
We hope that more supporters will partner with us as we continue our mission to provide educational opportunities and contribute to social mobility in Bradford.
